Here’s what to expect once you get in touch with us…
30 Minute Call
We’ll organise a 30 min call to discuss your needs, problems and ideas. During the call we’ll ask you some questions and may also make suggestions to you. If you do have a maximum budget this is good to clarify early on. It will affect our suggestions and help us to give you the best advice, but we can usually help businesses with any budget.
Before we finish our initial call we’ll give you a summary of what we think is the best solution for you – it’s not uncommon for this to be bespoke software built from scratch, but it could be that you need something simpler than that. We’ll always be upfront with you and explain the pro’s and con’s of the solutions available to you.
None of this will cost you anything other than a short amount of time and attention – so don’t be afraid to speak to us. There’s no commitment or pressure to work with us.
Shortly after our call we’ll email you a proposal which will summarise our understanding of your needs, the suggested solution and cost of investment. The costs are broken down as clearly as possible to allow you to tailor it to your needs and budget. We’ll always suggest optional extras that could help you, but ultimately you have full control over the project agreement.
To help you with ongoing development and affordability, we usually suggest a monthly maintenance package so you’ll never be at risk of being forgotten, neglected or dismissed. In fact we guarantee regular communication with you at least once a month.
