We’ll then request access to your current software – we’ll do a screen-sharing session with you so you can show us your current system. This helps us to understand what your software does and how we can improve it. We’ll always be upfront with you and explain the pro’s and con’s of the solutions available to you.

Once we’ve reviewed your existing system we’ll send you our proposal which will summarise our understanding of your needs, the suggested solution and cost of investment. The costs are broken down as clearly as possible to allow you to tailor it to your needs and budget. We’ll also suggest optional extras that could help you, but ultimately you have full control over the project agreement.
